Didier leads Sunlight Solutions with a vision for the next generation of insurance software. With 25 years of experience in insurance technology and a strong entrepreneurial spirit, he has assembled a dream team to deliver a powerful new software solution for insurance carriers. Over his career, Didier has always promoted quality and energy and the two main characteristics for the realization of his vision. Previously from 2001 to 2012 Didier was the CEO of Wyde, a successful insurance software company in the US.

Bernadette Leh

Business Director

Bernadette’s focus is on project delivery. As an insurance business professional she has core knowledge and proficiency of the business processes of insurance carriers and agencies. Bernadette has worked with multiple companies, insurance carriers and agencies implementing administration solutions for various lines of business. She values the business side and strives to bridge the gap between the business and technical teams.


Steve Franklin

VP, Operations

Steve is responsible for the success of client project implementations, partner relationships, and management of leading industry analysts. He has a twenty year track record in insurance software delivery, employing a pragmatic approach for on-time delivery. His experience includes software product implementation leadership with many Life and Property & Casualty carriers.
With a previous insurance software company, Steve was part of a team that built the organization from the original business plan to the growth of a successful company. In ten years the organization became well-known nationally and internationally with several hundred employees and many insurance clients.


Olivier Bertrand

VP, Product

Olivier has over twenty years experience in insurance information technology. He has a master’s degree in Computer Engineering and Physics. His experience ranges from the vendor to the carrier perspective. Olivier started his career with CGI, leading the insurance technical team and three years on successful implementations as an IT Project Manager. He then joined Cuna Mutual Group as an IT Senior Manager and Architect. Olivier played multiple roles including Project Manager, IT Lead, Architect for the Commercial Insurance Department, and also mentored design and code for a team of fifteen developers.
